Infiniti coats some of its cars in a paint that fixes its own scratches:

New cars from Infiniti can come equipped with a new "Scratch Shield," which is a special self-healing clear coat paint. Although it is only effective on minor scratches, this new paint actually works!
It takes anywhere from one day to one week depending on the surrounding temperature and depth of the scratch.

This "self-healing" works because of a highly elastic resin. When this resin is combined with a conventional clear coat, the paint's flexibility and strength are increased, allowing minor scratches to "heal" themselves!
